Michael Porter Jr., Jarred Vanderbilt, Thomas Welsh, and Vlatko Cancar headline a wacky yet crazy-fun roster, but fans might be disappointed to learn that Bol Bol—Denver’s latest acquisition via a draft night trade with Miami—will not participate in the world’s strangest basketball tournament.
Fans might also recognize Brandon Goodwin, who spent part of last season with the Denver Nuggets on a two way deal, and Jordan Davis, the University of Northern Colorado standout, who shined in Denver’s lone pre-draft workout this year.
Assistant Coach Jordi Fernandez will assume head coaching duties at Summer League for the second consecutive season.
The NBA has already released the schedule for the first round of Summer League, which begins on July 5th.

Prior to Las Vegas Summer League, the Nuggets will hold a minicamp beginning on Monday, July 1 and running through Thursday, July 4. They will hold a two-a-day practice on Wednesday, July 3rd, with media availability taking place after the morning session only. The full mini-camp schedule is below.

Buckle up Nuggets fans, we are just days away from the most anticipated Summer League in the team’s history, and I only write that with semi-irony.
