With Denver Stiffs continuing to evolve in our podcast commentary, we are trying some new ideas, segments, and even new styles of podcasting going forward. Nuggets Numbers will remain largely unchanged except for segment one.
In segment one, I discussed some of the major points of yesterday’s Stat of the Week regarding Denver’s offense focusing heavily on floaters. They are both good and bad, and I spent some time on why they are important statistically for Denver. Then, the three numbers to remember for this week: 35, 73, and 26.1
In segment two, I discussed the game and how the Nuggets won 107-102 against the Suns on Monday night, it was important to discuss various moments of that contest, from Torrey Craig and Jerami Grant fitting well with the starting unit to Michael Porter Jr. once again answering the call on who deserves rotation minutes at small forward.
And in segment three, I give my thoughts on the small forward competition and who will start or come off the bench. You may be surprised by my thinking. Enjoy!
