The Denver Nuggets started off strong this week with victories over the Los Angeles Clippers and Minnesota Timberwolves before dropping the ball the night before New Year’s Eve versus the lowly Philadelphia 76ers.
Despite the abysmal loss Friday night, there were some incredible individual performances and plays made by the Nuggets this week including another near triple-double for Nikola Jokic, a game winning shot by Danilo Gallinari and a game saving block by Wilson Chandler. Jokic in particular is making heads turn with his incredible passing ability and looks to be the star player the Nuggets can build around in the future.
