There’s been one Nuggets player to appear in every possible game this season, and he just set a new career high in points.
Jamal Murray has been slowly but steadily improving throughout his rookie season, and exploded for 30 points on 14 shots in Game 79 against the New Orleans Pelicans.
Murray had everything going, and was so high he started clowning on Pelicans defenders. He had one of the dunks of the season for the team, and followed it up (up preceded it, whichever you prefer) with another impressive dunk.
Let tonight be the moment Murray plants his flag as the starter for the 2017-18 season at point guard for the Nuggets. Every Nuggets fan should be over the moon that six teams decided to pass on the precocious guard from Kitchener, Canada.
