In this episode of the Locked On Nuggets podcast, I recap the Denver Nuggets’ big win over the Los Angeles Lakes in the preseason. I start off by talking about how this game, more so than the first two preseason games, looked like Denver Nuggets basketball on the offensive end. The ball was popping! The team was working together and the style was most similar to the style the Nuggets honed last season behind Nikola Jokic.
Only this time, it wasn’t Jokic quarterbacking the offense, it was Mason Plumlee. Plumlee has been great in the preseason and this was his best game yet. I talk about how his role has become more defined and how he seems to be settling in quite nicely.
