In this episode of the Locked On Nuggets podcast, I recap the team’s loss to the Washington Wizards. Topics include Nikola Jokic’s focus on shooting the ball and being aggressive on the offensive end, the team’s turnover problems, and Gary Harris having a weirdly bad game.
The over-arching theme of this game was that there was a lot to get frustrated about but there was also a lot to be encouraged by. The team kept fighting until the end and head coach Michael Malone seems to have figured out a solid front court rotation. The potential of this team is evident. Their offense hasn’t come close to firing on all cylinders and yet they have hung with two playoff caliber teams and beaten down one non-playoff team.
Lastly, I explain why I am a bit hesitant to trade for Eric Bledsoe if it means parting ways with Kenneth Faried.
