D'Alessandro is now the Vice President of Basketball Operations and Bratz has been named Director of Player Personnel, according to Executive Vice President of Basketball Operations Masai Ujiri.
Color me a little confused with the titles of D'Alessandro and Ujiri. One guy is just the VP and the other is the EVP? Sounds good to me. So long as Ujiri gets a nice fat contract extension, we're all good! When is that coming? Hopefully before Ujiri's contract is up at the end of the season, but don't hold your breath.
Glad to see some stability coming into place within the Nuggets‘ front office. With the old three headed monster of Mark Warkentien, Brett Bearup, and Rex Chapman there seemed to be a constant state of confusion as to who was actually in charge and who to contact for trade talk for the Nuggets.
Congratulations to D'Alessandro and Bratz.
And how about that photo above of Bratz from his playing days with the Spurs?
