Jamal Murray will make his return to the court this afternoon against the Utah Jazz, per Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.
Murray’s been sidelined the past four games with left hamstring tightness, but is ready to make his return and play in his second game at the bubble. Murray did play in the Nuggets final scrimmage against the Orlando Magic on July 27th and put together a really solid performance of 23 points on 8-of-12 shooting from the field, 3-of-6 from distance.
On the season, Murray is averaging 18.8 points, 4.8 assists, and 3.9 rebounds in 55 games. This will be the second time we have seen the Nuggets trot out a starting lineup that features Murray alongside Michael Porter Jr. and Nikola Jokic. The previous one came on December 29th in Porter’s first career start, which resulted in a 120-115 Nuggets victory.
