Last night’s blowout loss to Golden State was brutal in every sense of the word, but one silver lining was the exceptional play by the Nuggets’ rookies. All three scored in double figures and showed tremendous effort against tough competition. Jamal Murray put in 14 points, 6 assists and 3 rebounds; Malik Beasley scores his first NBA basket and finished with 12 points; and Juancho Hernangomez looked sharp on both ends of the floor, dropping 11 points and grabbing nine rebounds while holding his own against Kevin Durant on defense.
