Last year, Nikola Jokic dropped 40 points against Kristaps Porzingis and the New York Knicks. Tonight, it was Zinger’s turn to put up the huge stat line, dropping a career-high 38 against the Nuggets. But Jokic didn’t exactly struggle. The half court offense still looks clunky for the team and we aren’t seeing many of the back door passes, the Jokic floaters, or the smooth post moves so Jokic is having to find his offense wherever he can. Tonight, that just happened to be from behind the three-point arc.
Jokic went 6 for 10 from deep in this one, his career-high attempts and makes from downtown. Check out all of them in tonight’s highlight reel.
