The legend of “Headband Millsap” lives on! Paul Millsap was absolutely dominant on Friday night against the Portland Trail Blazers. From his three-pointer to open the game it just seemed like it would be another huge night for The Anchorman.
Millsap made sure his presence was known on both ends of the floor as he dipped and danced his way to 22 points, but also grabbed 10 boards and dished out four assists. He also had four steals on the night – another impressive showing for the man who has almost single-handed rejuvenated the Denver defense. Millsap has been critical to the Nuggets success this season, and getting it done in big games on the road is huge.
