It’s been really nice to see all three of Denver’s new additions that were assigned to the G-League playing well. Tuesday night, Tyler Lydon continued his strong play for the Rio Grand Valley Vipers by pouring in 20 points on 9-16 shooting in a 120-119 loss to the Auga Caliente Clippers.
Lydon scored from several spots on the floor. He knocked down threes in the corner and on the wing, drove to the basket for dropoffs and floaters, and even threw down a pair of dunks. The play-by-play guy even appears to call him “Tyrone” Lydon which I feel should be his new nickname.
