The Denver Nuggets earned their first victory within the confines of the Pepsi Center this season, and it had everything to do with the play of the veterans, most notably Wilson Chandler. Chandler amassed 28 points, 11 rebounds, 5 assists, and grabbed a steal and a block for good measure.
This was clearly Chandler’s best performance of the season. On both ends, he served as a versatile piece in Michael Malone’s scheme, playing mostly power forward next to Danilo Gallinari. This is by far his best spot, and the veteran duo is without a doubt Malone’s most trusted pair to start the year.
Watch as Chandler makes good on his coach’s faith by putting up a diverse stat line as the best player on the floor for both teams.
